Letter written to Sybil (Sorella Friedlander) from her cousin Dina in Liepāja, Latvia. Sybil was the daughter of Wulf and Johanna Friedlander (nee Hermer). It was dated October 2nd, 1938. It describes the pre war atmosphere in Latvia 'Mr Hitler has a very good appetite which is always growing..'. The writer sends regards from her mother, her brothers Harry and Kobi and requests that her regards are given to Sybil's mother - Johanna Friedlander, uncle Zundel (Hermer), Kenneth Friedlander and all the other members of the family. It is signed by Dina. She was the daughter of Leopold Hermer who died in c.1933. (page 1)
