The theatre programme 'Pick -Up Girl' by Elsa Shelley which was produced by Taubie Kushlick in Johannesburg in 1952. It was an American play about teenage prostitution set in a juvenile court. The play caused quite a stir in Johannesburg because of its outspoken content. Marilyn Patterson played the minor prostitute and Colin Stamp the leading male.
