Gitta Usdin and Usdin Family, "I DO Not Sell My Slaughtered Family For Money"

A poem written by Gitta Usdin, which was written in Yiddish and the translation is 'I Do Not Sell My Slaughtered Family For Money!'. It was published in The Jewish Herald on November 20th, 1951. It reflected the sentiment of the Jewish masses about any talk of discussing reparations with Germany. Many members of Gitta Usdin's (nee Chlavin/Hlawin) family perished in the Holocaust. They included her mother, siblings, nieces and nephews.
