Spanish flu, "Death certificate of Isidor (Israel) Blumberg"

Photograph of the death certificate of Isidor (Israel) Blumberg (1877-1918) a cattle speculator and butcher who lived in Carnarvon, Cape Province. He and his wife Rosie Blumberg (nee Kleinman) died three days apart from the Spanish Influenza, leaving 3 minor children - Fanny aged 7, Abraham aged 6 and Simon Joseph Blumberg aged 3. He and his wife were buried in the Britstown Jewish Cemetery. Source: South African Archives.
