Photograph of 17 well-dressed people gathered in a group posing for the camera. The Jews are dressed in formal attire, and comprise men and women, of various ages ranging from a small child to middle/older-aged adults. Some members have their hands or arms resting on other members, suggesting some familiarity. The photograph is taken in a field with some trees in the background. The people in the photograph are not smiling, but are looking at the camera, although some have a hint of a smile. Some of the people in the photograph are standing, some are kneeling, some are sitting on the ground, one is lying down in front of the others, and the small child is sitting on the lap of one of the seated people.

Three of the people are standing in the back row of the photograph, some people are kneeling, and the front row of people are sitting flat on the grass.

Krekenava Lithuania, "An elevated view of the town of Krekenava"

Photograph of some of the town of Krekenava, which has been taken from a higher vantage point. The Nevezis River is visible on the left hand side. The Main Street can be seen running through the centre of the town which separates the residential portion of Krekenava on the right of the Main Street from the market square and commercial portion of Krekenava to the left of the Main Street. The distant background depicts fields and sparse shrubbery, suggesting the town is surrounded by open space.

Krekenava Lithuania, "Market day in Krekenava"

Photograph of market day in Krekenava. Horse-drawn stalls can be seen on the outskirts of the market square, and vendors as well as buyers are seen in crowds to sell and buy goods. The market is happening outdoors, with a few hundred attendees, and is surrounded by unidentified buildings. Nearest to the camera, in front of the square where the market is taking place, some children are seen playing inside and around a horse-and-cart. One child is standing on the wheel of the horsecart, one is in the process of climbing in or out of the cart, one is looking at the camera but not smiling, another is smiling at the camera, and one more is standing on the other side of the horse-and-cart looking towards the market.

Krekenava Lithuania, "Town square and surrounding buildings"

Photograph of a open square in the town of Krekenava. The photograph does not contain residents other than 6 children, 5 of which are playing together in the square, and 1 of which is closer to the camera and is smiling. Some buildings can be seen in the photograph, the majority of which have multiple storeys, but it is not clear if they are residential or commercial. The church steeple can be seen in the far left corner of the photo, with a road leading towards it. A large building with a sign on it that says "Mauda" is the most prominent building in the photograph, and is known to be a pharmaceutical supply store in Lithuania. A horse-and-cart can be seen left unattended in front of the Mauda building.
