Photograph of the Rustenburg Jewish community children dressed up for Purim. Zelda Rapeport ran the children's programme for the community from the mid 1950s to early 1960s. Wilma Rapeport is in the back row wearing a bridal dress, Janice Rapeport is in the middle row 4th from the left, Naomi Rapeport and Ruth Rapeport are in the front row dressed up as tennis players.

Following the death of Fanny's husband, she moved to Rustenburg where her daughter Zelda Rapeport lived. She then moved to Viljoenskroon to join her daughter Wilma Freinkel, when the Rapeport family left Rustenburg.
