Photograph of the death certificate of Rosie Blumberg (nee Kleinman) (1883-1918), wife of Isidor Blumberg (1877-1918) a cattle speculator and butcher who lived in Carnarvon, Cape Province. She and her husband died three days apart from the Spanish Influenza, leaving 3 minor children - Fanny aged 7, Abraham aged 6 and Simon Joseph Blumberg aged 3. She and her husband were buried in the Britstown Jewish Cemetery. Source: South African Archives.
